Requests for Facility Use
All events & meetings of any sort must be pre-booked with our Office Administrator in the church office, either through the form linked below or by phone, to ensure facility availability.
Please book your event as soon as you have the date & time, but at least 2 weeks notice is greatly appreciated. All events & meetings are subject to availability.
Once you submit your booking request, we will follow up for any further details, and will confirm whether or not there is availability.
If you prefer, you are welcome to submit your requests directly to our Office Administrator by phone, 519.836.2132, during regular office hours.
