Crestwicke is passionate about biblical teaching, discipleship, and meaningful engagement at every stage of a child's development. We desire to invest our time, effort, and care in building up the next generation of Christ followers through the ministries listed here.

NURSERY

The nursery is staffed by volunteers who attend to children from birth to preschool (age 3) with age-appropriate activities and music that teach biblical foundation principles. The nursery is equipped with many safe infant and toddler toys, a children's washroom, changing station, as well as an adjoining sleeping room and a large play space.

The Sunday morning nursery runs all year, including through the summer.

CHILDREN’S CHURCH

During our Sunday morning services, children up to Grade 5 are welcome to join our Children’s Church which is divided into two classes, Ignite (JK to Gr. 2), and Ablaze (Gr. 3 to Gr. 5).

Children’s Church classes run September to June, and take a break through the summer months.

Ignite (JK to Gr. 2)

Children ages 4 to 8 are taught the Early Childhood Worldview Curriculum that helps them explore big concepts such truth, God, life, humans, and morality from the biblical worldview. Teaching involves various components such as prayer, games, songs, activities and scripture memorization.

Ablaze (Gr. 3 to Gr. 5)

Children aged 8 to 12 work through the Foundations Worldview Kids Bible Study Curriculum meant to equip kids with the skills they need to soundly read, interpret, and apply Scripture on their own.

New City Catechism Class (Kids ages 11+)

Our Lead Pastor, RJ, leads this catechism class for kids, working through the New City Catechism. Kids who are 11+ can join the group in the library, 9:20 to 10am, before our Sunday morning service, from September to June.
