We are grateful to those who choose to give to the work & ministries at Crestwicke and entrust us to use well what God has given them. If you have any questions about donations, please feel free to contact us.

DONATION OPTIONS

E-TRANSFER

etransfer.png

If you have online access to your bank account, you can send in your offerings directly from your bank account to church@crestwicke.org, where we will receieve the full amount of the donation.

To ensure you receive a donation receipt for the offering, please include your full name, mailing address, e-mail, and phone number in the e-Transfer note. We cannot receipt donations if we do not know who the donation is from or where to send it. Please do not include any specific designations on your offering (more details below). Once sent, e-Transfers will auto-deposit to our bank account.

For questions on how to send e-Transfers, you are very welcome to contact the church office, but because each bank is a bit different, you may have more success by contacting your bank directly.

ONLINE

Our online donation option allows donors to easily give one-time amounts, or set and adjust recurring donation amounts, as well as access a history of online donations. Donations online can be paid via credit card, Visa/Mastercard debit, or prepaid credit cards. (We receive the donation, minus the credit card processing fee; donors are receipted for the full amount of their donation.)

Donations can be made through the website (see “Donate” button below), or through the Church Center app (Google Play, App Store).

If you’ve previously donated online, use the “Login” button below to access your donor profile, change recurring giving options, update credit cards, and set donation amounts.

EFT

Pre-Authorized Giving or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) allows automatic bank account withdrawals at a set amount once or twice a month, and we receive the full amount of the donation. EFT is a convenient, scheduled donation option that ensures consistent regular donations. When circumstances change and you need to change the donation amount, simply notify our office administrator before the 25th day of the month before the change should take place.

To set this up, please follow the instructions on our EFT form, which can be downloaded below.

CASH & CHEQUE

The best time & place to drop-off your cash or cheque offering is at at our Sunday services, where an offering box is also available at the entry of the Auditorium. Cheque offerings can be mailed to the church (please do not mail cash), or if you would like to drop-off your envelope offering directly to the church, we have an exterior mail slot beside the front doors that is accessible for drop-offs 24/7. Please do not include any specific designations on your offering (more details below).

Offering envelopes are available for those who regularly give via cash or cheque. If you would like a set of offering envelopes, or need to replenish a dwindling supply, please send us an email, give us a call, or leave a note in the offering box with your contact info.

If you are a visitor at Crestwicke, please do not feel any obligation to give anything on Sunday mornings—the service is our gift to you and we are so glad you have joined us. The offering is intended for those who regularly attend Crestwicke and are committed to supporting the mission & ministries here.

A Note on Designated Donations

All donations to Crestwicke go into our General Fund (which covers our ministry & missions budgets).

On the first Sunday of the month, all loose cash collected at our Sunday morning service is designated to our Benevolent Fund, used for needs within the church family & local community. We will accept any designated donations for our Benevolent Fund, if the donation is clearly marked for the Benevolent Fund. Please keep donations for the Benevolent Fund separate from General offering donations.

We cannot accept any other designations for particular ministries or projects (i.e. a note on a cheque or etransfer indicating it should go to youth ministry or a specific missionary), unless we have clearly stated in our weekly emails or Sunday announcements that we are collecting funds for a specific ministry or project for a specific period of time.

If you have any questions about our donation options, please contact the church office.
