SUNDAY TEACHING: Revelation 3:14-22

Hi Crestwicke family,

Well, after 6 months in this format, this is our last planned pre-recorded teaching video! Next week, Sunday, September 13, 2020, we will be having our first in-person service. We are looking forward to seeing those who are able to attend! For the rest of you who want to continue watching from home, we will be livestreaming the service, so you will be able to watch it as it is happening. Watch your email and check the website for more details. If you are planning to come to the service next week, but haven’t signed up, please register using the link below. We have lots more info already available on our new Sunday Services info page, so check there first if you have any questions or would like details on what to expect coming to a service.

With this being our last pre-recorded teaching video, it is also Steve’s final message as our Lead Pastor. We are certainly sad to see Steve and his family leave us, as they have been an incredible blessing during the many years they have been part of the Crestwicke church family, but we send them off with every blessing as they move back to the church in Madoc. If you missed it, we posted a Farewell Letter from Steve on the site earlier this week.

For our Crestwicke kids, we are continuing with our family devotional series: Old Testament Heroes. Scroll down to our Just for Kids! section to get the link to the next episode.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

WEEKDAY DEVOTIONALS: Devotional Thoughts 2.1

Well, today we are back with another devotional video: Devotional Thoughts 2.1. Here's a quote you can cross-stitch on a pillow: "If God was only going to use good and perfect people, He'd have no one to use."

On Friday, July 17th to Sunday July 19th, we are inviting the Crestwicke church family to come during an allotted time slot to chalk up a spot in the parking lot with a message or drawing they would like to share with the rest of the church family. To ensure everyone is safe, we plan to stagger the visits so there is little to no overlap between participating households. Once finished we anticipate there will be quite a nice mural out there! This is for kids and adults alike, so crack out your sidewalk chalk and start thinking out what you would do with your allotted parking space!

So we can plan the timing of all those involved, you must sign-up through our form if you would like to participate.

You have until Sunday, July 12 at 11:59 pm to complete the form. On Monday, we will contact all participants with a specific time slot, as well as more detailed instructions regarding safety measures and other fun stuff. We know it is difficult to not be able to gather yet as a church family, so we hope this is a way we can gather together, even while we remain apart.

WEEKDAY DEVOTIONALS: Devotional Thoughts

Well, it’s been several weeks of updates and announcements, but today we are back with a Weekday Devotional for you! After much discussion amongst the in-office staff, we came up with a title that is nothing if not accurate: Devotional Thoughts. Captivating, yes? As for the Bible verse Steve selected, it is certainly unlikely you will have previously heard someone ever mention it, let alone spend a whole 8 minutes discussing it. And there we shall leave you on that topic. You’ll have to watch the video for yourself to find out more.

After a few hectic weeks with lots going on in terms of information, Steve is back this week with a devotional on devotionals.
