Update on Stan Fowler & Sunday Services

Father, it amazes us the strange providences that you bring into our lives. And we pray especially this morning for Stan. He has been more than just a preacher to us, as a congregation, he is a friend. Father we would ask, we would boldly ask, that there would be complete restoration in terms of Stan and his ministry.

As many of you now know, our Interim Preaching Pastor, Stan Fowler, had a very serious stroke at the the end of July, while on vacation in Virginia. Please be praying for Stan, Donna, and their children during this time, especially as they work through the details of getting Stan back home. We have been told there is a long road of recovery ahead for him.

We have been greatly blessed by Stan’s ministry and friendship the last several months he has been with us, and are incredibly grateful for him and his commitment to us during our time of pastoral transition.

We're also ever thankful for Sam, who has already lined up a number of Sunday speakers for us through to the end of October. It's certainly a blessing to be surrounded by a church community who are willing to step in so quickly to fill the gaps for us. Below we have outlined the preaching schedule, as it stands at the moment. We will keep the church family up-to-date on any changes through our weekly emails and Sunday announcements.
